how to feed dog with idiopathic vestibular disease

my 10 year old chihuahua is going through an episode. it’s awful and i feel helpless and terrible. it started on friday, he has a bit inestable and felt a bit dizzy, but it was moderate. by monday he couldn’t walk without falling over and his head tilting is very pronounced. he ate and drank on monday but he has refused ever since. i’ve been giving him water and chicken broth with a syringe, but he refuses to eat. i’ve tried everything, chicken, quibble, sausages, dog wet food. all he does is sleep and he only tries to get up occasionally to pee and then goes back to sleep. he’s getting skinny and i’m getting desperate. i feel like instead of improving he’s getting worse and im starting to fear the worst. what should i do? please help.

dog with heart condition plus dementia

Hello, two weeks ago i took my chihuahua (11-10 year old) to the vet because he wouldn’t stop sneezing. she told me he might have allergies and gave him diphenhydramine and a dexamethasone shot. 3 days later we went for a check up but he was coughing and she told me it might be his heart. i took him to another vet and they told me he had a cardiac arrhythmia. they gave him furasen and rampril. a week later he starts acting weird, pacing around the house, loss of coordination and today i found him stuck staring at the wall. he does eat and drinks water but he’s all tired. he occasionally sneezing something brown and foul smelling (just started a few days ago). i don’t know what to do. i feel like in the span of 2 weeks he went downhill very suddenly. is he dying? please help me.
they took a radiography and found his heart has enlarged.
