Would the Arrow and the overall Arrowverse work in today's streaming era with 12 episodes per season?

I have seen only Silo and Andor out of the modern shows so far and although I like them I feel like quite a lot missing in terms of pacing, character and world building and such.

And not to mention the long wait between seasons even though they have just 12 episodes.
