I Finally Got A Job Offer but…

After 7 weeks of application, i got a job offer by a well known company but i am having second thoughts about it.

About me:
- big 3 fresh grad CL
- 3 internships (1 multinational, 2 national, all are well known companies)
- has great org experiences
- leadership experiences
- handled diverse and multiple projects during undergrad

About the Job:
- supply planning (prefers 1-2 yrs of exp, but they are willing to train fresh grad)
- great benefits once regular (aside sa govt mandated, can have 14th and 15th month pay, hmo, etc)
- 30k basic salary

i am from greater manila area (north), and this company is south. i will have to rent a small space (maybe bedspace but I prefer na max 4 roommates)

What’s holding me back from saying yes is the salary. I think sobrang sakto niya lang for living, not much to save / spend. Ang layo rin niya talaga.

What’s holding me back from saying no is that, ang bagal ng usad ng other applications ko, aside from this one, 2 other companies pa lang naattendan ko ng interviews. I am afraid na i wont get better job offer or none at all, and it’s not like this company is bad.

Sobrang torn ako. I don’t think I’ll be happy with the salary, pero takot ako na wala na akong job offer na makukuha. My credentials may be objectively impressive, pero aware rin naman ako na there are other who are on par and even better than me kaya mabagal ang usad ng applications ko.
