My spotted laurel is losing some of its leaves lately, and i noticed this little "web" near the base of the leaves. Also I'm seeing little white dots all over the plant, especially where the web is. Are these pests? How can I remove them?
I water my plant every 15 days or so, it's located in an office so it gets little natural light, but it's 12h/day under an artificial light.
When i bought this Anthurium its flowers were bright red, now they're losing their pistils and becoming green... is this how it should be?
Dry leaves are old, new ones seem ok. I water it every 10-15 days, depending on temperature. Pot is clay and has a hole below, but i rarely water it so much to let it drip. The plant is positioned under a window, but not in direct light.
I'm trying to remember a cartoon i saw in the first '00s in italy. It's a specific episode in which a kid refuses to eat vegetables and the adults tell him that the "spinach monster" (i recall it was called "crac gnam gnam" or something like that) will visit him in his sleep if he still refuses. The monster visits him but it' a good monster, who convinces the kid to eat vegetables by showing him how tasty they are.
The looks of the monster: dark green creature, covered in spinaches, you can only see its eyes and dark mouth. I recall it was portrayed on a yellow-ish background.

Ho un lavoro da ufficio e ci si può arrivare usando una navetta aziendale che è un pullman GT comodissimo. Aria condizionata, niente rumori, sul bus solo colleghi tuoi che al massimo parlottano un po'. Gratis per la maggior parte dei colleghi.
E ciononostante ogni mattina devo rompermi i coglioni coi colleghi che si lamentano di essere stati un'ora fermi nel traffico, ogni cazzo di giorno. Non dico che col bus salti il traffico, ma almeno cazzo dormi, leggi, non stai col piede sulla frizione per 60 minuti.
