Anyone familiar with AthletEq?

I want to up my current fitness routine with more balance and stability work. I crossfit so I'm strong but most power movements are jumping up and less balance side to side or hip balance. I've seen others discuss haybales and barbells and other similar but they don't differ too much from my current routine. This program seems to be a lot more stability based, but it's not cheap.

If anyone has tried I'd be curious to hear your thoughts.

Clothing question

Hi y'all. First time embroidering clothing vs just a framed design. I did the water soluble sticky adhesive. I was proud of my work before I rinsed the adhesive off. Far less proud afterwards. Looking for advice or comments on where I may have gone wrong?

Was the design too intricate perhaps.

Mostly did backstitching. Some split stitch in the circles. Around the raven I added a bit of a laced backstitch at the end.

First Jessica Long Kit Finished

First embroidery attempt in ages that I have actually finished. I often get disinterested halfway through for some reason but this one I found very enjoyable. Starting another today.

Online programs that are worth it?

Closing in on 40 and my crisis is purpose/career driven. I would like to pursue knowledge in a new field of interest. I'm an avid learner and even just taking classes makes me happy and fulfilled. That said, it seems nearly impossible to take online courses for something substantial without having to leave your current job, which in this economy let's be honest, that's a horrible idea.

I guess just looking for support and kind words from anyone who has changed career fields via something like an online or evening program. And no, I don't want an MBA or other corporate BS type stuff 😂
