Hello guys I’m just curious, I recently tried to pay off by credit card balance, I tried paying the whole balance off of 200 bucks, didn’t think anything of it until I got a call saying that they couldn’t locate my account so they didn’t charge me a late fee does that mean it’s not late or is there something I can do so that it doesn’t effect my credit score thanks for any info

So basically I got the iPhone Air and tried switching lines but they said I gotta contact someone to help me with it because it’s not compatible, it’s unlocked and everything and I’m pretty sure if I call it’s gonna charge me money
