Question about insulating this.

Hi guys I'm reading so much different information I'm not sure which is the best way.

I've been searching through this group and going on YouTube, Google , Chat gpt etc and I'm just reading so much information that's different, even the AI bots are contradicting themselves lol

We bought this for a summer house and it was installed recently.

So now I'm looking at insulating it but reading so many conflicting answers.

Some say totally fill the 75mm void with 75mm thick PIR insulation and some say buy 50mm PIR and leave a 25mm ventilation gap behind it.

The website listing for the summer house says it has a breathable vapour barrier between the outside composite cladding and the wood.

Can someone tell me for certain which method is best and would the roof be the same way as well.

If I do leave a ventilation gap behind the PIR where will the air circulate?

Won't it just be trapped in the frame or do I drill holes to allow air to flow up into the roof and out ?

Thanks.

EDIT. it will be used mainly in the evening for no more than 3-4 hours as a relaxing space.

Anyone with the 8a noticed higher than normal battery usage when medias playing?

Hi guys so I've had my Pixel 8a for a while now and I listen to podcasts, radio and music when at work through my Bluetooth headphones.

There's been no issues at all until the last few weeks or so,

I've noticed the phone is getting considerably hotter and the battery is draining quicker, and whichever app I'm using the app is always the highest in the battery usage settings.

I'm in the UK so it's warm weather right now but even last week when it was cooler it was like this.

I've set the battery options to optimised as it stops playing if it's set to restricted.

Thanks

After help maintaining these roses.

Hi guys.

This time last year my wife's parents both passed away.

They had these 2 rose plants in their garden that had no roses at the time, anyway i dug them both up and planted them in the ground may last year.

I read about adding rooting compound which I did and now both have 1 flower each.

My question is where do I go from here ?

As you can see the pink ones main stem (on the right) only has growth at the top which seems quite high ! Should I snip that lower down at the end of the season ?

They both had black spots on the leaves earlier this year so sprayed some anti fungal spray that was recommended.

And also some tips on the red one would be appreciated.

Thanks, my wife loves the new roses that have come out so I don't want to mess it up.
