Q50 appraisal

Looking for some honest opinions on what you think I could realistically get selling my 2022 Q50 3.0T private party.
Clean title
35,800 miles
Bought it about 4 months ago completely bone stock
Still under Infiniti factory powertrain warranty
Turbos were just replaced by the Infiniti dealer under warranty
I also bought a 3-year extended warranty (which I know doesn’t necessarily add much value, but it’s transferable if applicable)
No tune
Mods (all less than 3 months old with receipts):
BC Racing coilovers
ESR RF11 wheels
Brand new tires
AMS intakes
Brand new AMS heat exchanger (not installed yet)
I have the stock wheels, suspension, and intakes too

I originally bought the car because I had switched into an office job in construction and wanted something comfortable and good on gas. I ended up going back into heavy equipment operating because I realized I hated being in the office, so now I need a diesel truck again. That’s the only reason I’m selling it.

I owe about $29.7k on it. I know I’m probably going to take a loss since I definitely overpaid, especially with the extended warranty, but I’m hoping the fresh OEM turbos and the condition of the car help a little.
What do you guys think is a realistic private-party price? I know dealerships won’t care about the mods, but do you think another enthusiast would put any value on the basically brand-new wheels, tires, coilovers, and fresh OEM turbos since turbos are a common expensive failure? i’m in california if that makes a difference.
