No response after CE assessment — is this a rejection? (Deloitte USI)

Hi everyone, looking for some insight from people who've been through Deloitte USI's hiring process.

I cleared rounds 1, 2, and 3 for an Audit & Assurance Analyst role. After round 3 (HR), they gave me a CE/communication assessment.

I gave it this past Tuesday and haven't heard back since.

It's been about 4 days now including the weekend.

Is it normal for results to take this long, or is the silence usually a sign it's a rejection?

Any experience with this process would really be helpful.

Thank you :)

Fps issues with Intel Nuc x15

This is my friend's Intel NUC X15 which is now 3 years old.

Games on this like overwatch that aren't very graphics card demanding struggle to run.

Of lately, the loading screen tends to have 7fps on loading and then struggles maintain 120 fps.

We recently serviced the laptop the issues remain the same.

What could be the issue? Personally, these laptops aren't sold here and was imported.

Any advice or help would be deeply appreciated :)

Prayer request for job results

Please pray for me. I recently interviewed for a role that I'm really hoping to get.

The interview lasted nearly an hour, the interviewers were friendly, nodded during my answers, and gave positive feedback on my communication skills and knowledge.

However, they mentioned that I lack some practical experience. The role asks for 1 year of experience, and I have about 11 months, so I'm worried that might affect the decision.

I've done my best and now the outcome is out of my hands.

Please pray that, if it's God's will, I receive this opportunity and that I have peace while waiting for the result.

Thank you I really appreciate you remembering me in your prayers :')

Could you please pray for me?

I was laid off in March and it's 2 months without a job.

My colleagues that were laid off along with me ended up getting good jobs and I'm still struggling to find one.

Even referrals aren't helping and my resume either gets rejected or stays in review. Things at home are rough and I have to get a job as soon as possible as i wouldn't want to put a lot of stress on my family with finances and everything.

I've never been like this or felt like this idk if this is what depression feels like - because I've honestly never been sad about employment but it's started to get to me now. I have started to feel like I've failed as a son and as a person in life.

Could you please pray for me and pray that I eventually get a job. I really appreciate you reading and remembering me in your prayers.

I really appreciate it :)

Newbie decides to solder and ends up messing everything

A few days ago, I decided to handwire the keyboard and tbh I was pretty excited.

But as I kept soldering the copper wires to the keys I started to realize - heck I already knew I messed up big time.

I reached out to an individual on a sub and they recommended that I reach out to the people on this sub for help.

This is obviously not the best job but any tips/advice on I can improve my soldering would really be appreciated
