GF Chinese food! London! Golden Phoenix!
I don’t have the words.
The owner of Golden Phoenix in London’s Chinatown recently learned her son is celiac and she has gone HARD on making the restaurant a GF haven.
They have 2 pages of gluten free menu items, everything is cooked separately, and chefs are fully committed to GF food for the day, for any day they’re making GF food.
And it’s astoundingly good. I avoided Chinatown for the last decade every time I went to London because it was too sad knowing what I missed. But no more!!!
It’s genuinely exceptional and the owner is a badass.
