I studied German in high school and Dutch in the university. I am writing a fictional piece set in mediaeval Saxony. When I search for words online I find contradictory suggestions. Or today I found a term then looked for more information to see if it had a mediaeval etymology, but google tells me it isn't a real word, and is English mock-German. Pfft. I was looking through another reddit and saw this group recommended and thought I would ask for your best online recommendations for searching for words in this dialect. Thank you.

I saw this when it was released (all too briefly) in theatres. I decided to rewatch it on Tubi when it showed up on streaming (despite my issues with the director) but I cannot help thinking it has been modified since it's original release. Certain scenes I feel have been greatly shortened or are completely missing. Granted I only saw it once maybe I am misremembering. But it wouldn't be the first time these streaming networks have chopped up movies they show. Am I imagining this, or has anybody else had the feeling that someone is re-editing the Red Sonja film on streaming platforms?

There is an old fansub of an anime that was recommended to me by a teacher for a technology class I took a few years ago. The website where they were originally hosted has long since disappeared. It must have been around 2004 or 2005. There have been official versions (mostly dubbed I think) since then I've seen on Adult Swim and the like but they will not show me what I need to look at. Can anyone recommend any strategies for running some lost projects like this down? Anything will help. Thanks.
