I’m wearing a Credor Seiko

So got to offers on 2 different watches recently and I’m not sure which one is the best bang for my buck.

This older model (black dial) for $1400 Or a newer (blue dial) one for $1700

I need help deciding if this is a good buy to be honest. My plan is to hold them for about 10years all things being equal, this is my first omega purchase and I want to wear this for my wedding.
