Peavy Bandit Silver Stripe vs Peavy Ultra 112

I mostly play shoegaze and sludge metal so I need something with decent clean headroom that sounds good with decent volume.

I currently own a Boss Katana 100 and was planning to trade it in a get a new amp, I need something with High headroom that can take pedals well.

I currently have a Gen 3 Boss Katana 100 which works fine for what I mostly play (shoegaze, grunge, and sludge metal) but I mostly just leave it on the clean setting and use pedals so I was wondering of any of these similarities priced amps would sound better as a pedal platform?
