Hello, I have been working at a pharmacy that allows me to have a medical card and use marijuana outside my job as long as I’m not impaired at work or have it on my person. No problem, other than the fact the job sucks in all other aspects. All I’ve been reading about the pharmacy tech position at Walmart is that it requires passing a drug screen and that they test for federally illegal drugs. With the recent reclassification of medical marijuana to C3 and having a medical card (Oklahoma), will they still require me to pass for THC? I have a phone interview next week and I know I’ll most likely have 24 hours within the job offer to submit the drug screen and everything. I’m willing to stop for the pre-employment but I’m not sure how much time I will have or if it even matters to Walmart still? I would assume with it no longer being schedule 1 it would be updated but ya know. corporations. Thanks if answered
