Just found her in the sink doing dishes

Might be the same one I found by my [black] kitchen sink a couple of weeks ago. I moved that one to a houseplant nearby. I also found one that curled up in my dehydrated green onions and died last week. This one got wet coming out of the sink after floating on water for 30 seconds. I got her onto the paper towel and now she’s just chilling there.

Most of the time we just let them roam when we find them in the house, and I’m curious what others do. Apart from water, what might be attracting them to the sink?

Am I caring for them right? How can I be a better housemate to these guys when I find them? They don’t bother anyone in the house, and I’m not keen on doing an enclosure (yet).

EDIT: spelling and punctuation
