My friend in Japan started a multiplayer game with me in America, and as soon as I talked to Us we recieved 757k exp and every party member was instantly level 12. Everytime we do anything we get 757k exp even tho we are maxed. We have no mods and are both new to the game. I made a druid build and they made a ranger.
Is this normal for multiplayer, or did we accidentally break the game?

I come here often to read stories of so many people struggling to find work. It makes me feel slightly better to know other people are going through similar BS trying to find a job that doesn't make us want to end everything.
And then I remember I am poor, trans, and live in the middle of nowhere so everything will be pretty much impossible.
I just want to work a fair job, at a fair wage, with fair hours that allow us to enjoy life.
This system doesn't seem to be working for anyone aside from people who already have multiple incomes. And most of those people are probably beyond burnt out unless they are extremely wealthy.
Getting a cozy job won't fix my life, just change it. But even still, the same chance everyone else gets shouldn't be too much to ask for.
