Screening form.

Can anybody explain a screening form to me? This isn't hypothetical. I'm accused of Mischief under 5 and assault. I allegedly Broke a wall, apparently very close to somebody's person and thats what escalated the charge. 2nd charge was after the fact a week later but thats neither here nor there

Received disclosure, crown is not seeking custody so no legal aid. screening form says "electing to proceed sumarially", no boxes are chequed except for restitution and DNA sample and weapons ban. does this mean I could accept this and not have to disclose this sorta of thing to a future employer.

I dont know how any of this works

I had a nail appt this morning at 8am and forgot. My nail tech texted asking if I was coming. I responded via text then called her to apologize and asked if I could reschedule because I was caught up with work. She seemed receptive of my apology and said she would text me other availability. After hanging up I sent her a Venmo for $60 (the manicure was $95) because I felt terrible about missing the appt. I did not remember that her cancellation fee was 100% of the service fee because in my 4yrs of going to her, I’ve never needed to reschedule on the day of. Her response to my $60 Venmo was very shocking to me! I called again after my last text because I know things often get lost via text, but she did not answer or respond. AIO?

*Also, I’ve always tipped 20% on services.
