Watu Wetu wa shisha, the high court just got your backs 😂😂
Apparently gava ilifail kuregularize laws ya kuban the use of shisha within a reasonable time.
Walipatiwa just 9 months kuenforce izo rules back in 2018 (presumably), but it's been years na bado hawajazienforce so high court just ruled that the rules& policies no longer have effect na time ya kuzienforce imeexpire. The ban has therefore been lifted, so watu wetu wa shisha enjoy for now 😆😂.
Location: FK Resort, Marua Area, Along the Nyeri-Karatina highway, Nyeri County,
Took this picture while standing at the balcony of the FK Resort & Spa, around 8:00AM.
I don't think the image is doing this place enough justice. You really have to be here to see it for yourself. It's honestly stunning.
Am I wrong for this?
So I have an older relative, mwenye hupenda kuniomba do kila time as if mimi ni bank. Only difference is that huwa hanirudishii do ninamkopesha. And it's not like ni 50 bob ama mia. Its in the thousands and sometimes hupitanga adi 5k. Anachukua advantage of the fact that nikona job.
Something worth noting here is this guy is in his 30s, has a child and is well known amongst all my family members to squander any money he gets with some stuff, if you catch my drift and cheap alcohol. Kila opportunity amepewa kutengeneza maisha yake ameiharibu yote. I honestly haven't kept count of how many businesses and opportunities ameharibu but I just know my family is in serious debt because of his stupidity. Aliiza kila kitu alinunuliwa alafu akarudi back home to his parents. He recently broke up with his baby mama and even though they are in good terms, she keeps her finances far away from him.
My family, especially my dad recently ameweka pause on kumpatia do ama kumtafutia kazi na akamwambia akitaka do ajitafutie, which now brings him to me.
Recently ameniambia anataka funds ya kujoin nyota fund (i guess ni ile ya kaongo), ndio aweze kukopa uko. Mi sitaki kumpatia do kwasababu nadai kusave na pia najua hatanirudishia io do. Sasa ameanza kuningorea ju ya kukataa kumpatia do ya kujoin. What do you guys think about this. Am I really in the wrong here?
The govt of Kenya has done that thing despite restrictions from the high court.
Several US diplomats, officials and citizens are now confirmed and set to be transported from the DRC to the now completed Ebola facility at the US military base in Laikipia.
Apparently, despite a ban from the high court prohibiting the construction of the facility, the govt still continued with the construction of said facility and now in collaboration with a US-based christian humanitarian group, they are going to authorise and facilitate the transportation of the infected/ potentialy infected US citizens from the DRC to Kenya.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
Its Official. The Kenyan Govt has effectively handed over Safaricom to a South African Company.
The Govt of Kenya has officially sold its 15% Safaricom stake to Vodacom at Ksh. 204 Billion following a lift on conservatory orders made by the Court of Appeal, Last December, which subsequently banned the selling of the shares to the South African Company.
As a result of the the Govt selling its 15%, Vodacom now owns a 59% stake on Safaricom Shareholdings (by far the majority stake) effectively putting Safaricom under the company's control and management.
