[Acne] Electric Toothbrush?

I read a post on here from a while back that said you could use your electric toothbrush on scars for five to ten minutes everyday to make them fade.

Today I tried it out on a scar that I gave myself from trying to dig out what I thought was a pimple and what the internet said was milia or a cyst (bright white ball, didn't hurt, deep under skin).

A couple hours later, the area was pretty inflamed. I went to look in the mirror and the pimple/milia/cyst had come to a head! I popped it and now it's completely flat.

Can someone explain what happened??? I've been trying to get this thing out of my face for MONTHS.

EDIT: I used the NON-BRUSH end of the toothbrush lol

Spearmint capsules?

Hi, longtime cycler here with a random Q: does anyone here take spearmint supplements? I started taking them for my skin but I didn't realize they help skin via hormonal shifts. I don't want to mess up my cycle and accidentally get pregnant. I'm not looking for medical advice but has anyone used spearmint and used this app successfully?
