I am sick of seeing Australian listings!!

Is anybody else in the UK's feed literally JUST Australian listings?

When are Vinted finally going to bring out a filter for countries, like ebay?

I've tried 'resetting' my feed and it's not working. I've been using vinted since it came out and it's just making me want to delete it tbh.

And I don't bloody care if it's not going to cost me extra to buy or send to Aus, I just want to see UK based listings thaaaaaanks.

Diagnosed with vestibular migraines yesterday

I am currently coming towards the end of what I now know is a vestibular migraine attack. For months I've been dealing with persistent dizziness and intense nausea. I was also getting on and off headaches, ranging from mild to incredibly painful, where it feels like my entire head, neck and shoulders are throbbing.

I am based in the UK and saw my GP yesterday. She said it sounds very much like vestibular migraines and has prescribed me with sumatriptan and lansoprazole (for a different issue). I did ask about anti nausea meds as it gets so intense but she said she didn't want to 'over treat' me at this stage and has encouraged me to keep a symptom diary. I was asked to return in 3 weeks if there's been no improvement.

I understand that there can be many, many different triggers to migraines and I am yet to track what mine are. Though I do suspect that changes in weather, stress and potentially hormonal changes through my cycle are the main ones.

Other than medication, what else can help with vestibular migraine attacks? Anything holistic or supplements? Any specific diet changes during attacks that may help?

Ovarian cysts/endometriosis/fibroids?!

Hi all. Just seeking some advice. I have been dealing with the following symptoms:

  • Pelvic Pain which mainly starts around where my ovaries are
  • Excruciating, burning periods which radiates through to my hips and upper thighs
  • Sharp rectal pain
  • Sharp vag pain
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Weird pulling sensation, especially around my lower left abdomen
  • Lower back pain
  • Pain after eating (eating worsens the back pain and pelvic pain)

I have an upcoming pelvic examination and transvaginal scan on the 24th but I've had one before about 4 or 5 years ago and they couldn't see anything apparently. I went back on the pill and my symptoms disappeared but when I came off the pill back in January, a lot of the symptoms came back. Some of the symptoms though, such as the pain worsening after eating, is new. As is the dizziness.

I ended up seeing an out of hours GP last night and he said that there wasn't anything acute (which I already knew) but did say he thinks it sounds like a 'chronic gynaecology issue'.

Has anybody else had these symptoms and it turned out to be any of the above? I am 33, based in the UK and no children.
