Are you including your GPA on your resume?

Hi LBWT! I’m a midlevel associate at a midsize firm looking to pivot to in-house practice. Are you all including your undergrad and law school GPAs on your resume? While I have great GPAs, is it infantilizing to include them after 5 years of practice?

Tipping wedding vendors who own their business?

Did you all tip? For example, my hair/makeup artist owns her business. Same with my videographer and photographer. Given that they set their fees and receive 100% of what they charge, did you tip, and if so, how much?

My makeup artist is bringing an assistant to help with services for a few of my bridesmaids — do I tip her separately?

Looking to borrow lawn games!

Hi DC Bitches! I'm getting married in late September and was wondering if anyone has lawn games that they'd be willing to lend? Cornhole/bags, Giant Jenga, Ladder Toss, Giant Connect Four, etc. I promise they'll be treated well (our crowd is very low-key) and returned in great condition. Thanks so much for considering! Recruiter recommendation

Does anyone have a legal recruiter they recommend with in-house knowledge/connections? If so, I’d appreciate any recs. Feel free to send them by message! I’m currently at a firm in DC contemplating a move in-house.

ETA: Thank you all! This is a treasure trove of resources and advice!
