Mom had a stroke

And she's currently in doing a procedure. Everything happened really quickly but I'm so happy she's getting taken care of. I think I'm able to keep my composure pretty well because I'm also in the healthcare field. My dad on the other hand, is a lost puppy.
I'm still running on adrenaline right now but I'm scared of the emotional turmoil that's waiting for me on the other side.

Please tell me it gets better!

I'm on day 4 of 150 XL after being on escitalopram (aka lexapro) for about a year. I was told by my doctor to start taking Wellbutrin once I finished my taper. So far, I haven't been able to get a full night of rest despite feeling exhausted and have been waking up every 2 hours, been getting headaches everyday, brain zaps, nausea, increase in appetite, and irritability. I wonder if starting with 150 was a bit too much. Anyhow, I'm trying really hard to see this through but I feel so dysfunctional and not myself.

EDIT: Manufacturer is ACT

I(28F) am having troubles trusting my boyfriend(27M) after he lied about how he felt about our lack of sex

Hello, I've been dating my bf for about 3 years now. It was your typical thing where we had our honeymoon phase and things were exciting! Lots of discoveries, sex, dates, conflicts with great solutions, growing, etc. We've kind of hit a wall at this point of our relationship. I've been in my career for about 6 years now, albeit it's very mentally and physically draining. I struggle with anxiety and depression so I've been taking medications for about a year now. Of course, it's one of those medications that tend to screw up your sex drive. With that being said, our frequency of having sex has decreased plenty even though we live apart. My bf on the other hand, he got out of university, got into a different school, and has now started working in his field for ~1 month. It's been very physically demanding for him. He works a 9-5 Monday to Friday, while I'm doing 12 hour shifts on sporadic days, so it makes it hard for us to see each other. When we do, we don't really go out much since he's tired from the week. We both live with our parents, so it's hard to get some private time to ourselves, which also really deters me from having sex. I'd say we only have it once or twice a month depending on how often we see each other.

Anyhow, the main issue is as such: He came over last week, and we were getting into it, but I wasn't really feeling it because he wouldn't do what I wanted, so I shut it down. He got upset and "blew up". Not in a yelling way, but in a way where you could tell that someone was bottling up their feelings. In our relationship, we do regular check ins on each other to see where we're sitting at, what kind of issues we're facing, etc. I've asked him several times as I acknowledge that I haven't been sexually active as of lately, that if he was okay, upset, or holding any resentment to this fact. Each time, he had said no. I always had a feeling he was holding back, but he kept reassuring me that there wasn't any, up until that night. And so this is where I struggle, because he told me I need to work on my communication skills but I'm angry at the fact that he wasn't able to express his feelings towards me. Ever since this talk, I told him that he's lacking in giving me emotional intimacy, which is a huge reason as to why I haven't been there to give him the physical aspects. I've been quite literally begging him for months to show me something romantic rather than rage-baiting me. Am I wrong for having weird, mixed feelings about this?

TLDR: My bf and I of 3 years haven't been having sex as much mainly because of my meds and stress at work. He also comes home tired from work. He had hidden resentment and finally expressed them to me last week. I'm mad and somewhat questioning my relationship now.
