it's a bm40 pcb with the plate on the krepublic shop, some blank keycaps i also bought on aliexpress, and some spare ones i had. i plan on 3d printing a case
i'd love to tinker with this as much as possible, i'm going to put vim macros on the left layer and functional stuff on the right, give me more ideas!! this is so fun

i ordered a bm40 'kit' off of aliexpress from krepublic recently, it's coming pretty soon. it does come with gateron yellows i think, but i'm looking to make this thing as portable and quiet as possible to not interrupt people. for now i'm 3d printing a case, just to keep it light.
can everyone send some recommendations for silent switches? i've been using linear, but i like the idea of tactile since it sounds nice to type on. i'm looking for like the most silent thing possible that doesn't sacrifice too much of a nice feel. also preferably not terribly hard to get!!! i don't really have a budget but i'd rather not drop 100s of dollars on 40 switches..
also throw in some mod recommendations to make it even more quiet :3
i'm literally only on windows 11 right now to play r6 with some friends, and i'm not open to dualbooting. however, i'm definitely planning a return to linux. when i used cachyos for a short while i absolutely loved the control and customization i had with linux in general.
for reference, i was using hyprland. i saw a few things that the entire config gets broken every update, and another abt some security stuff so i'm not sure abt going back to it.
any recommendations? i don't know if x11 or wayland would be better for my nvidia gpu so i don't mind either. also it's a 5060ti if that changes anything with the newer cards
does anyone have a folder for the ui images and stuff to make my own winterboard theme on ios 6?
i just jailbroke an ipod 5th gen, and i'm on ios 8.4.1
a lot of the cydia apps were paid but the servers were shut down so i can't get them anymore. is there a way around that?
