Every single month, I have to cancel plans or appointments at the last minute just to stay in for my delivery. Sometimes, like this weekend, I wait at home the entire day, Royal Mail (aka Royal Fail) doesn’t show up, and I just get an email the next day saying they'll "attempt" delivery "today."

I called Chemist4U about this, and they told me about a new service where you can collect your medication via a local pharmacy through ADHD360. I thought, Amazing! and this is brilliant! So I called ADHD360 to set it up, only to be told, indirectly! only after I pushed, that it’s ONLY for private patients, not Right to Choose (RTC).

I personally find this offensive. It feels like the world is slowly turning into a Cyberpunk dystopia where only the people with the eddies to pay out of pocket get basic, reliable services!

So I guess as a POVO NHS patient 😂 ill just have to shut up, put up with inconsistent deliveries, waste days of my life trapped at home waiting for my meds. and countless hours on hold chasing meds up.

Genuinely interested to see if anyone else in the same boat or found a way around this?
