My first ever perfect month
At the ripe age of 31, now having a couple kids, and hitting 301.5 lbs, I decided it was time to turn my life around. I’m super pumped to hit my first perfect month that included 55 workout sessions (a mix of indoor cycling, strength training, walking, cooldown, and yoga). Also stoked to be down a total of 35 lbs to date. 71 days straight of calorie counting and exercising (minus a week off for a lower back injury) I am just getting started. This sub has helped a ton.

Watching for the first time and am at season 9…
So Rick does his whole self sacrifice thing and blows up the bridge. Then we have a 6 year time jump? (From what I googled to understand what happened. My only question is this; how on earth did all three communities survive over the course of 6 years. It felt like every one to two weeks while under the leadership of Rick that they lost everything and had to reset. I get that they all stopped looking for somewhere else to be and the saviors are mostly wiped out (from what I’ve seen so far) but like, how has no existential threat happened across any of the three communities this whole time? Stuff is clearly going to go down soon otherwise there wouldn’t be two and a half seasons left of the show. But yeah. That’s my thoughts at this point.
