Do you ever feel hopeless and like nothing is in your control?

Recently my anxiety has gotten bad enough to where I've been paralyzed twice. The doctors think it's conversion disorder. I had to relearn how to walk after the second time and work gave me 2 weeks off along with a 2 week period of time off I submitted prior. My work routine is absent and I feel like I haven't accomplished anything. I feel like a burden to those that want to support me and have been alone for a while. I feel so isolated and it's killing me, while my anxiety is randomly trying to kill me. Any advice or people that feel the same?
