basically i ordered something way back in April and its finally shipping as of yesterday, and today i got a text from a 289 number saying “DHL Express 123456789 from GLOBAL-E JAPAN on its way. Authorise DHL to deliver w/out signature + other options:” and then a website link (my package is actually coming from japan, I didn’t click it + changed tracking number for this post). I haven’t signed up for phone # notifs about my packages updates and this is the first time I’ve had a packaged deliver by DHL so I have no idea if this is standard or not but I’ve gotten numerous scam texts from when I’ve ordered from places like amazon before.
