Can someone help me buy a hoodie at the Manchester show tonight?

Hi everyone,

This is really cheeky I know, but I don't get paid until this Tuesday and was desperate to get the hoodie at the London show last night but couldn't afford it ☹️ please please please would anyone be mad/kind enough to buy one on my behalf at tonight's show and I promise when I get paid on Tuesday I'll send you the cost of the hoodie plus postage fees along with a tenner for your trouble!

I wouldn't normally ask this but I loved the hoodie design so so much and I don't want to miss the opportunity to get it, especially given how incredible the show was last night!

London on-stage time tonight

Hi all,

Apologies for a really dumb question - I'm at the Roundhouse now and before going in saw the showtimes listed where it showed Karnivool going on at 9:15pm.

I'm not an Intervals fan so would prefer to stay out with fresh air and head in just before they come on.

I checked setlist.fm earlier today to get a rough idea from other shows though and it showed they typically come on around 8-8:30pm.

Does anyone know if the 9:15pm time listed in the venue is accurate, or if there's any chance they'll come on earlier that? Getting a bit paranoid now!

I've been watching a six-hour long 20th anniversary video on youtube for the 2004 live-action Thunderbirds film. I loved the series growing up and remember seeing the film in the cinema when it came out. The property has SO much potential for anyone willing to really take it seriously. I think Nolan would be amazing at making this - imagine the scale of it, his miniature and practical work, and Dunkirk-esque cross-cutting between different timelines of a huge International Rescue co-ordinated rescue effort with several different Thunderbirds doing different jobs at different times! He would be incredible with it and bring that British iconography of the 60s series to such vivid life. I'm remembering that he had been exploring an adaptation of The Prisoner which is another British show from the 60s, so it's not outside the realms of possibility..

Edit: Also this could let Nolan just do a large-scale disaster film, again similar to Dunkirk where you barely see the Nazis - no ludicrous villains with personal motivations, just a huge environmental or manmade disaster of whatever ilk, and a visceral, tactile experiential film of International Rescue in their awesome machines, saving the day! Imagine Thunderbirds shot in the borderline-silent documentary-style of Friedkin's Sorceror but on IMAX with Cillian Murphy as Jeff Tracy! Tom Hardy could be Brains (weird take but a more contemporary wise-guy Brains a la Eames from Inception maybe?) and bring Michael Caine back as Parker..

RESOLVED

[Update] hey all, I've now sorted this issue and got my 100% in JBA 4 and every level on hard, all thanks to u/vrubayka!! I'm so grateful, I've never done this before but I'm going to get some coins and send them an award as it's meant a lot to get this! I'm also going to make a new post about my experience with DA as I genuinely loved this game. Thanks everyone for being such a supportive community and willing to help!

Hi all,

I'm going for 100% on hard for DA ver 1 and have done it for every mission now other than JBA HQ 4. I've been trying all night and the closest I got was 79% which seems to be due to two bugs I can't work around.

The first is every time I play it it detracts 1% for me having fired the gun when shooting either Lambert or Washington (I've tried both and it didn't change anything). There seems to be no way round this.

The second one which detracted 20% is in using a smoke grenade to cover me getting into the bomb control room after having lured Emile out. Despite me not attacking or knocking out any of the five NPCs in that room including Emile himself, the smoke grenade appears to knock someone out who is then discovered by the others while I'm disarming the bomb.

Are there ways around this please? For reference I have the Steam install but manually patched it with the 1.02 patch and followed all the steps from the Steam community guide for running DA
