Negotiations, 10 y.o. Airstream

Is it possible to get an extended warranty on a 10 y.o. trailer?? Currently been negotiating with a non-Airstream dealer for a trade-in 2015 Flying Cloud they have. they haven't come down to the price and trade-in value I'm comfortable with. Wife loves it and interior is in great shape. I'm worried it could be a money pit. I'm wondering if an extended warranty negotiated in would realistically save some future pain.

Lug nuts

Learned today (which may be common knowledge to veteran RV's; but we've only been trailering for 10 years, lol). Lug nuts come in all kinds. two-piece is a lug nut with decorative chrome cap, seen a lot on stock fancier wheels (what us old-timers used to call 'mags). Unbeknownst to me, the cap can swell to the point you can't get a socket on it. Can also be misshapen by an over-zealous impact driver. I torque my wheels by hand prior to any longer trip and this time could not get the usual 3/4 (19mm) socket on. Not wanting to be stuck in some remote location with a flat, I took it in to my local, friendly RV shop where they got the two bad nuts off and replaced them with one-piece chrome lugs. I don't recall this being discussed in any forum so thought I'd post this. Happy trails!
