Question about multiple/maximal/complexity approaches

When using these approaches with a child who has frequent omissions, at what point do you notice a child start to mark/correctly produce more speech sounds during spontaneous speech?

I’m asking because I have a kindergartner who started out with zero final consonants and most initial consonants were omitted or substituted with /h/. We have been doing the multiple oppositions approach and he has become a lot more stimulable for target sounds at single sound level. At the same time, during conversations he is now spontaneously marking more initial sounds, which is pretty awesome! I just want to check if this is likely from the work we are doing vs spontaneous acquisition of sounds due to maturity/he has also been identifying and naming more letter names and sounds in class. (Although I realize that at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter, because progress is progress!).

Speech therapist specializing in voice disorders?

This might be a long shot, but can anyone recommend an SLP/speech therapist in Baltimore city/county who specializes in voice disorders? I’m looking for someone who treats muscle tension dysphonia / chronic throat pain.

I originally had a .4 carat, mined, OEC, heirloom diamond. I love her and will put her in a necklace. But I also love my new 1 carat lab!
