It’s such BS. If you’re lower than 5 or 10 or some reasonable number is should stop the countdown.
Right now, the app only seems to notify me when my spot in the queue is ready and then when people join the queue. This is good, but it would also be more useful if it periodically updated you let’s say when your spot in the queue jumps by 100. When you have a queue of thousands it’s very easy to just even forget that you signed up so periodic updates would be useful. Is there any way to do this or any similar quality of life workarounds?
Do all the bad things that happen on the island have their cause in the island not getting its sacrifices, or are they completely side horrors that would happen anyway? For example, the Boogeyman, the tentacle monster, Willy the Clown, witchcraft, sea hags, werewolves(?). Is all this stuff happening now and in the past ONLY when the island wakes up and is not getting its sacrifices in a timely manner, or are these bad things ALWAYS here and the only thing that sacrificing achieves is taming the "extra" rage of the island, suck as the storms and the fog.
Related, do the deaths cause by some of the bad stuff not count as sacrifices? For example, the island in its wrath with the quake and the whirlpool tornado sucked up the shaman. The Boogeyman killed people. Do these not count towards the sacrifice total that the church bells require because it only "counts" people sacrificed through that tunnel sacrifice room?
