My gums bleed everytime I brush

Hello everyone,I have an issue and I'd like an input because it's starting to worry me. Every time I brush my teeth before leaving the house my gums particularly the left canine area, begins to bleed. I'm not talking about a pea sized amount, it messes up my sink and seeing red foam come out your mouth isn't the best sight to be comfortable with that's why I haven't posted the image...

I do not smoke nor drink and not on any medications,I even use a Sensodyne Toothpaste but nothing ever works.I don't think I have low immunity or a coagulation problem. Is there something that I'm missing here? Please note that I brush gently as well and it rarely turns into a war.I appreciate the feedback..Good day.

Did breastfeeding affect your mental health? Make you more stressed? More anxious?

I always knew breastfeeding could be exhausting, but I didn't realize how much of a mental toll it could take. Between the constant feeding, pumping, worrying about supply and feeling like my body was always on, sometimes it feels like a lot to handle.

For some moms, breastfeeding can be rewarding and positive. For others, it might bring more stress, anxiety, guilt , or emotional exhaustion.

Did breastfeeding affect you mentally or emotionally? I'd really love to hear what your experience was like.

Do I really need an electric snot sucker?

I keep seeing electric nasal aspirators recommended for babies, but I'm still not sure if they're actually worth having.

I already have a basic nasal aspirator, so I'm wondering whether having an electric one would really make things easier when the baby is super congested especially in the middle of the night.

For Parents who have used one, was it actually helpful? Did you end up using it often, or was it one of those baby products that sounded useful but barely got used?

Would love to hear your honest experience. Is an electric snot sucker worth it?
