How to travel before receiving PR card?

I am going to Europe starting September 1st or 2nd (cities aren't fully finalized yet). However, I will likely be in France for most of the trip, will be in 3-4 different cities though over 2 weeks. I just received my ECOPR last Friday, June 27 so there is a chance that my PR card may or may not come before I have to leave. Any suggestions on what I should do? Can I only apply for the PRTD once I have left for Europe (and not in the country?). Alternatively, should I come back via US land border if I don't have my PR...

Bartender insulted us over not tipping and we got kicked out. What should we do?

My friends and I had a really upsetting experience at an outdoor club with a pool near the pier in Toronto and I’m wondering if anyone has advice on how to handle it.

My bf and I to the bar while it was empty. The bartender appeared to ignore us for several minutes before taking our order. Because of the service, I chose not to leave a tip.

After I paid, we waited another few minutes without receiving our drinks. When another bartender came over to check what was happening, the original bartender became very hostile and said, “You’re supposed to tip your bartender. You’re a girl, you should know better,” before calling me and my boyfriend “short and ugly” - in the worst way possible.

I was honestly shocked and didn’t know how to respond. My boyfriend got angry after hearing someone insult me and made a rude comment back about her appearance (b**b j*b). Security was then called, and we were escorted out without being asked what had happened.

I don’t think being insulted by staff over not tipping was acceptable. We ended up missing most of the concert because of it.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Is there a way to file a complaint with the venue or event organizers?

I just got my FD update on May 20, 2026. Any idea on next step and timelines, and travel restrictions?

I received my AOR on Jan. 24, 2026 - express entry application via PNP route for me and my common-law spouse.

On May 20, 2026, I received an update on the Final Decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I have some travel plans this year and I am really hoping they don't get disrupted so was hoping for some clarity on timelines and travel restrictions. Do you know when you can and cannot travel after receiving P1 email until you have your PR card in hand? I have some travel plans during mid-July, then in September (first 2 weeks), and then again in mid-December. I am really hoping they don't get disrupted but I have no idea.

Also, any idea how long it takes to receive your PR after you get your eCOPR?
