Can’t log in to workjam? New coordinator or workjam update issue
I’ve been working at HomeGoods for the past two months and accepted a promotion to be a [seasonal] big ticket coordinator since they know I’m leaving for college in the fall. I’m now having issues logging in to WorkJam. I saw some other Reddit threads saying that the end of the login changes to tjx.com instead of mytjx.com but my old password doesn’t work for either.
I’m unable to reset my password for either variation. When I tried, the @mytjx.com version says that the username does not exist and the @tjx.com version says I did not set up self-service password reset. Is there a number I can call to fix this or is it because of the new WorkJam system? I’ve been looking at paper schedules so far but I like having access to the app. I’d also much prefer to call a number myself than have to bother a manager to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
