Where can men find actually useful dating advice?

I feel like most dating advice for men is just the same handful of things repeated over and over: take care of yourself, dress well, be confident, work on your personality and to just talk to women like normal people.

Obviously, those things matter, but what if you're already doing them and still struggling?

I'm looking for advice that's actually practical. How do you get better at starting conversations? How do you know when someone is interested? How do you move from talking to actually going on a date without making things awkward? How do you improve your texting and learn from situations where things don't work out?

I'd really like to hear from guys who have actually improved their dating lives and can point to something specific that helped them. Books, communities, coaches, courses, personal experiences, anything that's genuinely useful rather than the same generic advice repeated everywhere.

Where have you guys found advice that actually made a difference?

What was the unexpected benefit that made you take red light therapy seriously?

I originally started using red light therapy for the usual reasons like skin and recovery, so I wasn’t expecting much beyond those things. After using it consistently for a while, though, I started noticing a few changes that weren’t really what I was looking for in the first place.

For me, I started feeling like I had a little more energy during the day and noticed some differences in how I felt after workouts. I’m still not sure how much of that I can directly attribute to the red light since I’ve also changed a few other things in my routine, but it definitely made me more interested in sticking with it.

I’m curious about other people’s experiences because I feel like most discussions focus on the same handful of benefits. Has anyone noticed something unexpected after using red light therapy for a while that made you think, “Okay, maybe there really is something to this”? What was the first thing you noticed that you weren’t actually expecting?

Looking for the best EOR for hiring internationally

I run a small saas business and I'm at the point where I want to start hiring remote team members from other countries. Most of the roles would be things like customer support, sales and other day to day operations as the business grows.

I've been looking into international hiring and honestly, the legal and administrative side is more complicated than I expected. There are different employment requirements depending on the country and I don't want to make a mistake just because I didn't understand the process properly.

That's how I came across Employer of Record services. From what I've read, they can handle things like employment contracts, payroll and compliance on behalf of the company, which sounds like it could make international hiring much easier. The problem is that there are so many EOR providers out there that I'm having a hard time figuring out which ones are actually worth considering.

For anyone who's hired internationally before, which EOR did you end up using? What made you choose them, and is there anything you wish you'd known before signing up?
