Hello, I'm trying to edit a large video (~2hrs) and openshot keeps hanging every time i try to make even the smallest of edits. it asks to wait or force quit.

Things I've tried:

1. set project down to 480p at 15fps and preview even lower
2. Increased preview, cache and performance settings, see screens .

For reference I have a Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M × 24 with 64 GiB ram. I feel my system should be able to manage fine. When I monitor my system i see openshot is barely using cpu/memory.

am i screwed or what settings can I change?

still learning using dowels.

I want the open sides end since it's a corner so I can reach in from both sides.

meant for kitchen (pressure cooker pots pans etc).

I'm thinking hard wood. 15mm thick fur shelves. top/bottom 28mm thick (I have enough from another project). backs probably around 20mm still need to buy.

dowels every ~100mm .

will shelves / top be able to hold weight?

also open to other design ideas.

thanks everyone for the observations.

it's clear now I do need a 4th support. mostly for the top shelve, as next to the entry door and an extension of the kitchen, best to have peace of mind than remembering light weight only.

going with an angled leg about 100x20mm. (if i had jigsaw available i'd do rounded edges). Cheers
