Im looking for a Vacheron Constantin 1921 rep that is of decent quality. I found a few so far but i want others opinions aswell and maybe some help in finding better options. Id like it to be automatic, and under 120€

-Baltany 1921: design is pretty much identical to the real and theyre very well made, only difference is the brand name. I would really like one, but for 140€ they sell a quartz variant, and the automatic is 210€, way out of my budget.

-Aliexpress Specht & Sohne fakes: suspiciously cheap (under 100€), they say theyre automatic but i doubt it

-WuWatch rep: 120€ and an extra 30€ for shipping, they say they use 2813 movements for their reps and based on what ive read its a very cheap and potentially unreliable movement. The rep itself looks good but id like something somewhat reliable. No, i cannot swap the movement myself, ive never worked on a watch before and have no tools nor experience.

-DHGate "UBWATCH" rep: i found no info regarding these. Theyre 130€ and they say theyre automatic. I will ask the seller for more photos and info regarding the movement, since in photos the watchface has their UBWATCH logo as opposed to VC.

Lots of people buy small handheld fans to cool themselves off during summer, but these small fans have flaws: theyre loud, not very effective and barely last one summer.

So, instead, i suggest that Noctua starts manufacturing high quality summer handheld fans that use their fans. This way, we get better cooling performance, much less noise, and since its Noctua, they would have good build quality and use their iconic colorway.

I found my fathers old Sony DVR-DVD92E with almost all of its original accesories, but i cannot for the life of me find 8cm mini DVDs. I purchased a charger for the battery but i have no way of recording without DVDs. Any local store or retailer in romania is out of stock and on aliexpress theyre extremely expensive, and i have to pay taxes on top of that. Does anyone know where i can find 8cm mini DVD-RW (preferably RW) except for amazon, ebay, aliexpress and other chinese wholesale sites?

I found a listing online for a broken RTX 4080 super with one fan that wont spin. I thought it would be a simple fan replacement, but the seller sent me a video of the gpu running furmark and "fan 2", which is actually the 3rd fan, reads 0% 0 RPM, which im not sure but does it mean the fan is fine and the issue has to do with the PCB? Maybe the header is broken, or something is shorting? The seller said the fan stopped working after dusting the gpu with compressed air, so they probably forgot to keep the fan from spinning, it generated electricity and shorted a capacitor, perhaps...

The gpu is being sold for 300€ and i dont intend on using it for myself, i also dont really want to do a shroud mod with case fans zip tied to the heatsink, i only want to resell it for a profit.

Anyone else remember the old UI, graphics and much smaller car selection? Only 4 brands to choose from in the early stages of the game. And the physics are completely different, cars in the old version feel like they drive on ice on stock tires.

I actually miss this version of AR. What we have now is much better, we have better physics and a much larger car/map selection, but the old AR actually feels like a little gran turismo for mobile.

I have an old iPhone 5 running ios 9.2.1 and, since its such an old device, i cant install any apps from the app store, nor use the ones that are currently installed back from when this phone was still being used, as they all require a log in.

I dont know if jailbreaking is necessary for what i want to do, i just want to install whatever old apps can still work on ios 9, such as old games (asphalt 8, flappy bird, tiny wings, temple run, subway surfers) and streaming apps like youtube. I should also mention that the iCloud account currently on the phone is inaccessible (used to be a relatives phone from 2016 and they no longer have access to the email address used), i dont have an iCloud account either since i dont own any apple devices, and i dont know if iCloud would still work if i log out of the old account and create my own. And i have no prior experience with jailbreaking, im a complete newbie.

I am about to get my drivers license very soon and was able to save up a few thousands of euros.

While looking for potential first cars, i landed on a few options: Golf 5 gti (my favourite generation), Renault Laguna Coupe (they depreciated a lot and are now affordable, they have pretty nice options and engine options famous for their reliability, but the only ones i can find are diesel), Mini Cooper S R53 (one of the coolest hot hatches ever, but stupidly expensive to maintain) and finally, Alfa Romeos, a bunch of them actually: Giulietta, more specifically 1.4 170hp (the newest Alfa i can personally afford, Euro 5 and small engines so its cheap when it comes to taxes, fairly reliable, very nice looking), Mito 1.4 140/170 (small but fun), GT 2.0jts (i love how they look, such a shame they didnt offer more engines for more versatility, but im afraid of their reliability, as ive seen some GTs going for less than 3k, and havent heard much about the 2.0jts), 156 (unfortunately gas variants are quite rare over here in Romania, every single one i find is a 1.9jtdm), Brera (one of my all time favourite cars, loved it since i was a child, not sure about which engines are good though) and finally, the 159 (surprisingly common, but again, not sure about what to look for). There are also a few 166s i can afford, but they seem like a nightmare to maintain, especially with taxes for cars that follow the Euro 4 standard or older and engines larger than 2.0l.

So, which engines are most famous with reliability and costs to run? Am i making a bad financial decision by wanting to buy an Alfa Romeo as a first car so bad? What are some things to watch out for?
