I have my R3 and just passed B3. Been noticing that some more seasoned plan checkers and Building Officials will have random other certs. Is there an advantage to having inspection certs that won't really relate to your everyday work? The B3 was long but wasn't that hard so tempted to just try it since all the knowledge is fresh in my brain and all my books are tabbed.
