Wherever i receive a special offer it usually tells me that i have 24 hours to buy but ive been sending out offers to people and it’s saying that the offers will last weeks. Idkk if this something new that depop is offering??

Hi, im a new american using vinted. I’ve only purchased a few items and tbh don’t really know how vinted works too much.

I recently placed an order from a buyer from the UK(i’m in the US) for a doll for my niece. When i went to pay my bank account decided to label it has fraud. I fixed it with my bank account and then went to purchase it. Vinted had said that the payment had failed even though it went through. Then it said that the shipping label had failed. Seller contacted me and said that she shipped out my items with inpost and sent me tracking. Vinted eventually refunded my money because according to them the seller never shipped out my items. Seller says she has a way of trying to fix that with vinted, so i’m not too worried about it. I keep checking inpost for updates on my package because inpost sends the package to customs and that gets transferred to soeedx but inpost hasn’t updated in 10 days now… and i’ve never used inpost as it’s not in america (not that ik of) but my questions are

1. why did vinted not update on the app about the seller shipping out my package?
2. why is inpost taking forever to update about my package?

Now if i’m just stressing out about this stuff please lmk because this is all so new to me and i want to make sure i get the package and the seller gets paid.
