What type of bug is this?

My wife found this last night and is worried. This one was found in the bathroom and she also saw something move very quickly. Hopefully someone knows what type of bug this is.

Additional info: north jersey, we are renting upstairs appartment (moved in a month ago) so I texted the owner if they ever had a bug issue downstairs or in our unit. Waiting for their answer

Getting to Secaucus by train on gameday

I have seen several posts and comment discussing the 100$ train/shuttle ride from Secaucus to Metlife (not calling it NY/NJ stadium) on game-day but nothing about getting to Secaucus. It might be a stupid question but without parking at the station and lines bypassing (?) Secaucus I am a little confused. What are the ways to get to the station (from Bergen county lane).
