i saw this posted on a local facebook post and i was trying to identify it but can’t find ANYTHING about it. it’s located in northern california. i’m so curious. what kind of centipede is it?

my xbox one s won’t stay on. it was given to me by a coworker recently and it just doesn’t stay on. it’ll turn on and make the noise but just shuts off. i’ll attach a video of it. i already cleaned it but that didn’t help. theres also a weird ticking/buzzing sound when it’s plugged in and turned off… what’s wrong with the xbox and is something fixable?
