[Canada] BMO keeps lowering our small business LOC credit limit?

We have had our small business LOC credit limit reduced by a total of 43% over two reductions since November of last year (along with a 90% reduction in credit limit on an unused credit card). All 3 instances without notice, with a letter arriving in the mail almost a month later outlining boilerplate "we frequently review lending relationships...".

I've made an appointment with someone in our area to discuss, following this most recent 39% reduction as of this morning. Unfortunately we haven't had a stable relationship manager since opening this inc. account as bankers keep jumping branches.

We do often have high revolving credit utilization, but we always make payments and have multiple periods throughout the year where we pay down almost the full balance.

Has anyone else experienced credit strikes like this recently? Does anyone have recommendations for either a contact at BMO in the GTA that would be a good stable contact going forward or recommendations for another bank?

Any magicians know how I can make Minima Pro Wallpaper work in Android 16?

I'm deathly attached to this live wallpaper app. My past couple of phones I've adb installed with sdk target override, but I think my newest phone (Oppo X9s Pro) might have removed 32-bit support - just a guess. I get a deprecated sdk error when trying to install that way now.

Would anyone know another workaround or know someone I could pay to reverse engineer the app for modern Android use?

Help put my mind at ease that this isn't a complete shit show?

For context, we had severe ice damming over the winter that resulted in water getting into the house at the rear. We've been aware that the fascia in that area was compromised for a couple of years but were hoping we could put off repairs until this spring.

We had a company that was referred by someone in the neighbourhood come by to give us a quote on remediation repairs, which we okayed. The next day while work was being done, the company rep tells us that our entire roof (mainly flat roof) is bad and needs to be stripped and replaced. Lots of talk about improper repairs done previously, shingles on top of old shingles, leaks in the flat roof and compromised masonry holding everything up. There was a fair amount of pressure due to the fact that his crews were in the area working and since it's their busy season we needed to schedule things as soon as possible.

The initial quote including insulation was 53k CAD, but we moved forward with a reduced quote of 30k without insulation since we were a referral: https://imgur.com/a/0GXr1zY It was quoted as a 10-day job, but was finished in 5.

We received in progress photos and videos along the way: https://imgur.com/a/zKDaQnt, it was clear that the wood below the roof was certainly rotten but after everything has been completed I'm left wondering how bad a job was done.

We received drone shots earlier today of the completed work: https://imgur.com/a/zM06Fky

And here are a few of the back soffit/gutter that I'm concerned is far wavier than it should be: https://imgur.com/a/0rjcSmW

We had to borrow money from family to get this job done and had major plumbing problems arise in the past few days unrelated to this roofing job, so I am hoping this subreddit doesn't mind lending their two cents on whether I need to request any work be redone.

Thanks in advance.

Roofers capped our plumbing vent with a shingle, should I be concerned?

Two vents on the roof were capped like this. I brought it up to the owner of the company and he said they're fine like this. Thoughts?
