How am I supposed to get a job in the current job market?

I have a wide range of skills, many of which are what employers are looking for, but because I don't have a university degree, or direct experience in certain roles, nobody will hire me.

I'm unable to get a degree for a variety of reasons, so I can't do anything about that. But I do have a few years of experience since I've done volunteer work where I did a lot of different things, which is why I have a wide skillset. But employers want you to have a year of experience directly in that field and don't seem to consider experience doing those tasks in a different field.

Does anyone have recommendations on what I should do? I'm feeling very frustrated since I need a job and I'm not even getting replies to my applications, nevermind interviews and it's not for a lack of sending them out.

Edit : and it's not even that I'm looking for a specific job. I've applied to dozens of different job types and positions in different industries where I think I have the ability to do the job. At this point, I'm considering walking around with a stack of CV's and handing them in at every business I come across.

Should I get this?

The seller is asking a bit more, but they said they can do $60 for me.

I've got about $80 to my name at the moment.

This is pretty much the last style of jacket I need to complete my wardrobe. I already have a similar one that has buttons instead of a zip.

From what I can tell, this is a decent quality, and it's one of the better ones I've seen for sale at this price, but I'm not sure if I should spend the money now.

My biggest concern is that I'll lose out on this when I've been searching for one like it for the last 5 months.

Edit : I have $130 to my name, not 80. I forgot about some cash I had. Buying it wouldn't affect my living expenses, I'd just have less money for other things.

Edit 2 : I got it down to $55 and bought it. I'm pretty satisfied with that, especially since the app I bought it on has a maximum 30% off negotiation policy, and that would've been $51

I've had them for a couple years now and gone through the replacement set that came in the box already, and now they've broken again.

I'm thinking I need the dimensions of them in order to properly replace them, does anyone know what those are?

I searched around and apparently the part number for them is GH67-05437A. That didn't bring up any usable results, since all the sellers of it are overseas and I want them by tomorrow.

Edit : I live in South Africa by the way, in case that's important.
