I got my periods today 😭😭 usuallyy all these years 1st day was never hell, but since few months it changed, why is it like this!? Atp i feel like we should ban periods cramps. Wtf i cant anymore, why is it hurting this much, I cant sit,eat,drink, sleep 😫 😭 why bro? All I'm asking is WHYYYYYY😭😭😭😫😫😫 when can we be free from periods😭 i dont want them anymore 😭😭🙏🙏

Honestly, my sleep schedule is totally messed up. I don't know when I'm sleeping or when I'm eating; it's not under my control at all 😵‍💫😵‍💫. Even now, I still can't sleep 😫.
