Dad does 250km/day (chauffeured). Retiring our Polo for an EV. Budget 20-25L. Creta EV, BE 6e, or e Vitara?

Hey everyone,
We are finally retiring my dad’s 10-year-old VW Polo which has clocked over 1.15 Lakh km. For the last 1.5 years, he has been using it for an intense daily commute of 250km+ every single day. The monthly petrol bill is crossing ₹60k, and keeping a high-mileage old German hatchback running on this routine is becoming financially unviable.

An EV is a no-brainer here since the fuel savings alone will completely cover the monthly loan EMI.
Our Core Requirements:
Daily Running: ~250 km (mostly highway, roughly 7,500 km a month).
The Passenger: My dad. He is 5'6" and will be chauffeured 90% of the time. Rear seat comfort, good under-thigh support, and a plush ride are top priorities to reduce his daily fatigue.
The Driver: Me. 10% of the time, I will take the wheel on weekends and I want the car to be genuinely fun, fast, and punchy.
Budget: ₹20–25 Lakh (On-Road).
Reliability: Absolutely non-negotiable. We cannot afford frequent software glitches, battery balancing bugs, or random breakdowns. Because of this high-utilization requirement, we have completely ruled out Tata.

We have narrowed down our choices to three options, but each comes with a compromise. Given my dad’s height of 5'6", headroom isn't the primary constraint, but seat ergonomics and ride quality are.

1. Hyundai Creta EV
The Good: Seems like the most logical chauffeur-driven choice. It has the "Boss Mode" seat adjustment to slide the front passenger seat forward, a softer suspension setup, and a very airy cabin.
The Worry: Is it going to be boring for me to drive on weekends? Does it lack the high-speed highway handling and character of the other two?

2. Mahindra BE 6e (Thinking of the 79 kWh variant if we stretch budget)
The Good: The RWD setup, 230+ bhp, and adaptive dampers make it a dream for me. Plus, the 79 kWh battery offers a massive real-world range cushion (450km+), meaning we only drain ~50% of the battery daily, which is excellent for long-term battery health. Since Dad is 5'6", the sloping coupe roofline won't hit his head.
The Worry: Even with adaptive dampers, Mahindra has tuned this to be a stiff, sporty car. Will the ride quality be too harsh or busy for an older person on a 4-hour daily commute? Do the smaller rear windows make the back seat feel too claustrophobic?

3. Maruti Suzuki e Vitara (Alpha 61 kWh)
The Good: The ultimate reliable workhorse. Maruti’s massive service footprint gives huge peace of mind when you are covering 7,500 km every month. The 61 kWh blade battery should comfortably deliver 370-400 km in the real world.
The Worry: I’ve heard the floor is quite high, leading to a "knees-up" seating posture. For a 5'6" passenger, does this high floor still ruin under-thigh support over long distances? Also, is the driving dynamics completely uninspiring for weekend drives?

Questions for owners, testers, or anyone who has taken a back-seat test drive:
For a 5'6" passenger, is the "knees-up" floor issue in the e Vitara a major dealbreaker, or is it only bad for taller folk?
Is the BE 6e's rear seat experience comfortable enough for daily city and highway commutes, or do you feel every single thud and pothole?
Which of these three actually offers the best balance of plush rear-seat under-thigh support and high-speed stability?
Appreciate any advice or insights you guys can share!
