I have two cats who live outside in the summer - they each have their own house. my neighbour is complaining about their food attracting flies as she is scared they will go in her house. I need my last 4 statements. when I ring I get told to use the app / try again / re-download etc even when I have said it’s not possible. can I go into a branch and get them to print them off ? thanks
I recently had to shut my online account due to fraud. I now cannot reregister. I have been bounced from dept to dept when I rang for help, as was the cs in the branch where I went for help. No one knows what to do. Has anyone got experience of getting their online account back? Thanks

I am partially sighted and use voice activated soft ware and a huge monitor to see pages. I’ve been suspended for ages and have trouble counting the rocks as my voice software doesn’t do that and my large screen blows out the colour so they are hard to see. Most bot testing software has a voice reading out letters/ words etc as verification tools and this is then compliant with uk disability legislation. Is x’s system compliant in your country?
