I’m working on a SaaS product where our customers receive leads from multiple lead-capture platforms. Some of these platforms, including Google Pay-Per-Click and various home-service lead sources, send the lead details via email rather than through an API/webhook.
For example, a customer has:
john@company.com
and receives an email containing:
New Lead
Name: Dave Smith
Phone: xxx
Email: dave@example.com
Address: xxx
Service: AC repair
What I want is for the SaaS product to automatically pick up those lead emails from the customer’s mailbox, extract the lead details, and create a lead in the CRM—without the customer having to manually copy the information from the email.
I’m curious how other CRMs handle this.
Has anyone built or seen a system like this? How do CRMs typically tackle leads coming into a customer’s Gmail/Outlook mailbox?
Do they connect directly to the mailbox, use forwarding addresses, email parsing services, or something else?
I’d especially love to hear about real-world implementations or examples of CRMs/products that already do this.

Has anyone built a Thumbtack integration that pushes leads and conversations into a CRM?
If so, I’d love to understand how you handled the SMS conversation flow without requiring the user to constantly switch between Thumbtack and the CRM.
The tricky part seems to be Thumbtack’s masked phone numbers. Instead of providing the customer’s actual number, Thumbtack provides a masked number along with an access code.
How did you handle the initial inbound message and the subsequent two-way communication in the CRM?
Our CRM already supports phone/SMS through Twilio
Specifically:
How did you route the initial Thumbtack message into the CRM?
How did you send replies from the CRM back through Thumbtack?
How did you ensure the conversation stayed tied to the correct lead/contact?
Were you able to sync the complete conversation history (both inbound and outbound) into the CRM?
Did you use Thumbtack’s API/webhooks for this, or another approach?
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has implemented this end-to-end.

Speed to lead engine where AI talks to the leads as soon as the lead comes, qualifies it and if no response nurture until qualification etc.

Have anyone done Google LSA integration with n8n. It seems google cant send the lead info to a webhook directly. Have you guys did LSA integration in any form to bring leads to a platform. Please help.
