Don't get paid until the 16th, $10 to my name and ive fully run out of dog food

EDIT: someone is letting me pick up some food tomorrow, just wanted to say thank you to everyone who commented! im relatively new to rhe area and am not used to such a robust community, yall warmed my heart thank you !!!!!

I never really do stuff like this but dont want my dogs to suffer due to my shit situation, Ive been in between jobs relying on unemployment for the last few months which has been very helpful at keeping us fed and rent paid. Unfortunately I had to change my bank account for unemployment payments and this caused my payments to be paused due to verification being needed. Unemployment told me anywhere from 5 - 10 days. Ive just fed my dogs the last of their food and did not get a chance to grab another bag as i was not expecting my payments to be paused. Im wondering if anyone can let me borrow enough kibble to last until the 16th, I can pick up if anyone is able to help. Always appreciated but never expected, thank you!

Jobs in Portland, how are you getting them?

Ive lived here for about a year and have had the worst time securing a job with sustainable hours. Im applying daily and im lucky to get maybe 1 interview every 2 weeks. Ive gone through professional resume builders, every job site you could imagine, im currently living off of unemployment which is barely enough and set to run out in a few weeks. Im 25, a hard worker, extremely dedicated and adaptable, ive been in administrative work for 5+ years, food service for 3, im just having a hard time getting anyone to give me a chance.

It feels very demotivating and demoralizing to constantly see these "Unfortunately we've moved to rhe next step in the Hiring process" emails everyday.

How are you guys getting jobs? What can I do to better my chances? Im getting very desperate, I just want to work and pay my bills.

Jobs in Portland

Ive lived here for about a year and have honestly had the worst luck in terms of employment. After months of applying I finally landed a job, only to have my hours cut almost entirely with no reason given after 4 shifts, the whole experience has honestly been very demoralizing.

I guess the point of this post is, where are you guys finding solid work? Even getting an interview has proven nearly impossible it seems.
