To be clear

The video starts, there is silence for 4 seconds and then the audio clicks in. Usually there is no lipsync issue if the stream is good.

How could I trouble shoot this?

Old Denon AVRx3400h, earc to a new Samsung s95f.

The nvdia shield and game consoles are direct to tv via HDMI.

(This was the only way to get the remotes to behave without a circle jerk effect, I understand that people prefer everything going through the avr)

HDMI cables are new and 4k ultra.

This happens anytime I start/stop playback on Nvidia Shield for streaming, or when we start the video game console.

Weighed the vegetable lasagna today and it's supposed to be 1.13kg, came out at 1.033, so 97g underweight.

The tray itself weighs 48g and the box is 74g.

Nutritional info says 1/4 of the tray is 283g, so clearly they are shorting the box as it should be 1132g by their own info.

Context: spouse has diabetes and was checking for health reasons. Being off by 8.5% will make him take too much insulin for the meal which is a problem because he'll end up needing to eat to correct it later.

43f. Had debilitating Brain fog, headaches, anxiety, mild night sweats. Periods had been getting heavier and irregular. Hadn't been on hbc for a decade. Have a fibroid. Iron is chronic. Amh was 3.2 10 years ago.

I did the oral combined pill, Activelle, for 3 months.

One period, 2 months no period. Brain fog improved. Sleep got a bit better. Anxiety went nuts. Hair falling out and Itchy all over, scalp itching. Started taking allergy meds and it stopped.

Then gyno switched me to 0.025mg /day patch estrogen and 100mg Micronised progesterone.

Holy f! Progesterone knocked me out more than zopiclone or dayvigo. (Which are sleeping pills!). It was great to sleep!

No period for 2 months then I had the worst PMS and bleeding of my life. I passed a clot the size of 2 fingers and bled at least 600ml.

The PM's didn't go away either. 14 days total of massive headaches, bloating and cravings like nobody's business and I couldn't sleep.

All of a sudden the progesterone stopped making me sleepy, too.

I saw the gyno today and she said my body isn't ovulating every month so my uterine lining is getting too thick.

She decided to take me off the HRT and put me on something called marvelon and instructed me to take it so I have 4 periods a year.

Does this make sense to anyone????
