Side profile change after 3 months

31f. 6mm expansion.
I had braces as a child. Had 4 premolars extracted and it prevented my upper and lower jaw from reaching full potential. I still had an overbite and extremely narrow maxilla and mandible.

Facial changes I’ve noticed with MARPE:

- Wider cheekbones
- Wider nose
- Eyes tiled upward
- Lower jaw definition
- Fuller lips

OP & his wife complain of lingering metallic/bitter taste. Doctor mentions pine nuts/pesto as one of the things to consider among many. OP recently made a gallon and half pesto

I’ve had thick but very fine virgin silky limp hair that doesn’t hold a style and gets greasy by the end of the day my whole life. My hair was really healthy, but no matter what I did, it was impossible to style. I had zero volume and it always looked weighed down.
That’s until I bleached it! I had never dyed my hair before because I was afraid of damaging it. You guys, this has been a game changer! Damaging it a bit made each hair strand a bit coarser and now the hairs aren’t laying perfectly flat on top of each other. I have volume and it’s holding styles better. Even tying it up in a ponytail, it looks fuller and not sad and limp like it usually does.
Has anyone else had this experience as well? I wish I would’ve bleached it sooner.
